Needs assessment and mapping

Preparation of Report with Field Survey
A technically qualified and experienced team carries out inspections using quality equipment. The client receives information about the situation and guidance. Experienced professionals format objective reports providing all history and traceability, photos, and warranty with ART (Technical Responsibility Note). Risks and non-conformities are highlighted, and corrections for each non-conformity are suggested in a simple and clear way.
Presentation of the Action Plan
On site, the information gathered is presented, any doubts are clarified, and guidance is given on the next steps. In practice, an action plan is provided for correction, an adjustment schedule, and protection from inspection in the event of an accident. The final delivery of the Report is made in digital media to facilitate archiving and organization.
Consulting and Advisory Services in Standards Management
Our consultancy and technical advice is provided by a specific manager for each regulatory standard, considering monitoring of the schedule through in-person technical visits, analysis of projects and correction adaptation services, presentation of solutions and collection of corrections in relation to the schedule, support and advice on audits and inspections.
